Hello, my name is Gavin Guo, and I am in my second year studying at The University of British Columbia (UBC), majoring in economics. This summer, I will be working with Scholars Edge to provide exceptional painting services to the residents of SE Calgary. Scholars Edge is a student-run painting company that helps university students like me gain business skills while offering quality painting and customer service. As an individual who has experience in this field of work and as a prior high-ranking Royal Canadian Air Cadet (RCAC), I am highly organized and knowledgeable in what I do, which guarantees satisfaction to my customers. When I am not in class or studying, I spend my time at the school fitness center as well as coaching youth basketball because I enjoy giving back to my community.
