Hello, my name is Kade Black, and I am currently in my first year at the University of Calgary, pursing a degree in Economics. This summer, I’m proud to partner with Scholars Edge to provide high-quality painting services to Northwest Calgary.

Scholars Edge is a student-run company dedicated to helping university students develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills while delivering professional and reliable painting services. This opportunity allows me to apply my strong work ethic and commitment while challenging myself with running my own business.

Growing up in Calgary, I developed a deep passion for sports and the outdoors. When winter comes around, you can find me play junior hockey or at the outdoor rinks. And in the warmer months I like to spend my free time at the golf course. In high school, I was proud to lead my rugby team as captain, to win us the city championships. These experiences have taught me the value of perseverance, teamwork, and clear communication.
