My name is Lucas Martiskainen, and I’m a first-year Chemical Physics student at Simon Fraser University. This summer, I am working with Scholars Edge to provide high quality, affordable painting services in the Cowichan Valley, an area I’m proud to call home. I have two summers of professional painting experience with Scholars Edge under my belt (2022 + 2024), and a summer of owning and operating a successful window and gutter cleaning business (2023). I am confident I have the skills and work ethic necessary to deliver exceptional results. My physics education has honed my problem-solving abilities, allowing me to complete projects in a timely fashion, while maintaining attention to detail.
