Hello! My name is Tasha Dol, and I am a first-year business student at the University of Victoria. This summer, I will be pursuing my interest in entrepreneurship through a position with Scholar’s Edge Painting as a student operator in the Oak Bay area. Scholar’s Edge is a professional and diligent student painting program that recruits ambitious post-secondary students across western Canada, providing resources and guidance for each operator to run a successful painting business. I aspire to learn as much as possible throughout my professional endeavors, and I believe that the distinctive experience of running a business is unparalleled. I look forward to building connections within my community and working with each of my clients to provide quality paint jobs that appeal to their individual needs. Through painting experience and training (both personal and professional) I have become familiar with common sources of error, and I will strive to attentively prevent and mitigate any issues.
